In an effort to better fit into your busy schedule, we have changed our workshop format. Our full-day programs are now two, half-day programs so you can get back to the office and apply your newly-learned skills! We've also added more time to the workshops in response to your requests.

Training Grants are available for eligible companies. Call PDI at (309) 690-6900 for details.
Cancellations
In the event a participant must reschedule or cancel, the participant must notify the Professional Development Institute (309-690-6900) at least 5 business days
prior to all workshops. Cancellations made with less than 5 business days notice will be charged the full amount. You may, however, substitute
another person in your place without additional charge.
Refunds
If your payment was made with a credit card, your refund will be issued back to your credit card. If your payment was made with cash or check, a refund
check will be issued to you.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and workshop fees will be refunded.
